Fat bottomed girls: You make the rockin' world go round

I don't think anybody realized this, but concerning the last post the screenshot (is that the proper term? maybe screen capture? who knows?) is from the movie Girl Crazy which is one of the ten (?) movies which Mickey Rooney and Judy Garland starred in together. The reason I specifically picked that one movie was because I feel that it is probably (besides Babes on Broadway) the best exploitation of the song-and-dance couple's talents. Judy was prettily cast in a role which didn't involve her being the unappealing girl, next door (which is usually what she was cast as in Mick and Joots films), Mickey was adorable and not overly cheesy (Andy Hardy? Puh-lease), the Gershwin compositions weren't forced at all in the film and were as natural as possible (unlike An American in Paris wtf. Vincinte Minnelli, you owe me two hours of my life).
Which brings me to the point of such an explanation - I want the soundtrack! Yesterday I spent a good three hours looking for the original movie soundtrack, and I finally found it on amazon.com going for about eleven dollars...
Yeeeeah...
Maybe I will get it when I come back with a new job and all!
